Ready to chalk up and improve Olympic Weightlifting skills and technique? Here at Statesville WLC we want to train and build national level lifters and encourage the growth of this sport through coaching new lifters. We develop our lifter`s ability to understand technique and consistency is the key.
When technique is developed we increase lifter’s strength. Then we start to work on the tricks of weightlifting.
We provide an unique programming for those of you who like to specialize or even compete in weightlifting meets. The main benefit is the value of knowing how to do the lifts correctly.

How is the training sessions difference from CrossFit?
Statesville Weightlifting Class is a self-led class, our coach are there for you to give you feedback, while you enjoying training with other athletes. If you are unable to come to the classes, you can use the open gym time/platforms to get your 3 days of programming in. Ideally we want you to make the classes! And share the platform, you will be able to help each other set up and break down equipment.
The programming is in our own App, allowing lifters to move through at their own pace, taking rest when they need. Only Athletes paying for the programming will have access to Statesville Weightlifting Club programming. We also have a private FB page. This is where you will post your videos for coach review. Coaches will be the only people reviewing the lifts. Fellow athletes will not permitted to post analysis. We want to be able to learn from each other.
Cycles is 6-8 weeks to advance your technique, build your strength, increase your speed and deepen your understanding of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
Statesville WLC is a certified club in USA Weightlifting Club. The benefit here is that you as an Athlete can have goals with your barbell training to actually go out to compete in meets.
Statesville Weightlifting Club is located inside of CrossFit Fort Dobbs and train with coach on following days.

What is the Cost and can I do CrossFit and Weightlifting?
No problem at all, you can do two a day. You will need proper nutrition and provide rest. The work load will be intense. Weightlifting 3 days per week and 1 day will be rest day.
Our pricing is fair, simple and straight forward. Our month-to-month memberships have no contracts, and has no initiation fees. The only tiny restriction is that we need 7 days notice before your next billing date to cancel your membership.

This club is a coached club.
Athletes that are interested in Olympic Weightlifting, but are not interested or are not seeking a coach, then currently this is not the facility for you.
We want to build our team and training atmosphere to fit our vision.
If you are interested in joining Statesville WLC, you will be expected to work with a coach.

Element at CFFD is a 30 days course that will rapidly increase your weightlifting knowledge, skills, and strength.
