2) 10 each Adductor Rockback Stretch
3) 3 each Spiderman Lunge
4) 3 Rounds:
– 10 ft Crab Walk Reverse
– 5 each Walking Lunges
– 5 each Plank to Forearm Plank

Workout of the Day

Legs and Abs

For time:
50 V-Ups
100 Air Squats
50 Straight Leg Raises
100 Walking Lunges (BW) (Total Reps)
