A quick, easy and macro friendly breakfast! 

Ingredients

1 Cup water 

1/2 Cup old fashion oats

1 Egg

1 TBSP Brown sugar 

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

  2. Add in 1/2 Cup oats, cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.

  3. At 5 minutes whisk in egg.

  4. Pour oat mixture into bowl and add 1 TBSP brown sugar.

  5. let cool and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*can be made with instant oats in microwave. 

*add in some berries for some extra flavor and fiber!
