Description

Everybody loves a fry up, try this low calorie, simple fry up on toast! Cook the eggs any way you like, just remember to change your food diary.

Try adding a tablespoon of fresh salsa rather than tomato sauce for a tangy twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium egg
  • 23g rindless back bacon
  • 30g fresh tomatoes
  • 33g white bread

Instructions

 

  1. Turn the grill on to a high heat.
  2. Poach the eggs.
  3. Meanwhile, remove excess fat from the bacon and slice or quarter the tomatoes. Place under the grill until both are cooked to your liking.
  4. Toast the bread.
  5. When the eggs are ready and the bacon and tomatoes cooked, add them to the bread and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

*Change your bread out, need more carbs add some potatoes or other greens. Need more protein, add some ham.
