Sissel has pushed me past limits I would never dreamed of surpassing

I have trained with a number of coaches, instructors and trainers since high school, and in the last two decades I´ve never encountered anyone like Sissel. She brings the perfect mix of skilled instruction, intense demand, and total encouragement to the gym with each session. She has pushed me past limits I would never dreamed of surpassing, while keeping my safety in mind at all times. I´ve only seen Sissel for four months and am constantly impressed by her approach and my personal accomplishments under her guidance. I have found my personal trainer for life!
